Customer Support Representative - Job Description

Ozier Apparel is looking to expand the Sales Team with the addition of a Customer Support Representative. OZA has been the leading decorated apparel company in the West Georgia area since 1985.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and developing sales of all sizes. The CSR is responsible for creating successful and rewarding experiences for new and existing customers.

Duties:

Direct contact with customers via phone, email, or in person

Identify and assess customer needs

Guide customers to proper product

Provide product information, pricing, and delivery information

Process orders, quotes, and customer requests

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Work directly with all departments to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.

Follow-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their product and experience.

Create and maintain client webstores

Must Haves:

The CSR must be a self motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking skills are required to handle multiple orders all at different stages of the sales cycle. Patience, attentiveness, time management, and contextual communication, are all skills required to be successful.
