Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Yard Truck Specialists is the nation’s premier dealership for spotter trucks and terminal tractors. Headquartered in Philadelphia with additional locations in Harrisburg and Pittsburgh, we sell, rent, service, and rebuild more jockey trucks than anyone, anywhere, because we are backed by the largest truck fleet, the biggest parts inventory, and the best sales and service partners working today. Period.

We are seeking an entry-level Inside Sales-Customer Support Representative to join our Bensalem, PA branch and provide administrative support to our sales team. This position requires an outgoing personality, exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Previous experience in industrial equipment sales or a dealership is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing day-to-day administrative duties for the sales department
Compiling daily lists of sales leads and follow-up
Maintaining accessible and organized filing system for sales team
Creating and processing sales orders in a timely manner
Expediting requests, rush orders and updating sales orders
Analyzing customer data to optimize sales efforts
Communicating with clients and team effectively
Helping management and executive team as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and pressures
Strong work ethic and being proactive
Solid MS Office, Word, Excel, and other programs
Experience working in an office and team environment preferred
Inside sales experience helpful
Effective communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalency
Ability to work Monday through Friday onsite at our Bensalem, PA office
