Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Join Unified Group Services as a full-time Customer Support Representative to advance your administrative career, gain valuable experience, and make a positive difference for countless people! You'll collaborate with different teams at our Anderson, IN office to help ensure we provide the best customer service possible. If you're highly flexible, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail, we want to hear from you!


Customer Support Representative Must-Haves:



  • Ability to handle sensitive information and follow HIPAA regulations

  • Ability to learn and master internal systems

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook

  • Written and verbal communication skills

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional attitude and reliable work ethic

  • High school diploma or equivalent


Our ideal candidate has customer service, administrative support, or account coordination experience in the healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits field. Some college coursework would also be a plus.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with overtime available

  • Providing high-level administrative and operational support to account executives and the customer service/wellness team

  • Supporting various projects, meeting deadlines, and doing your part to optimize the customer experience

  • Supporting customer, broker, and internal communications, including professional correspondence, company announcements, marketing materials, product rollouts, etc.

  • Maintaining HIPAA compliance in all documents and activities

  • Scheduling onsite visits, benefits fairs, and internal and external meetings

  • Implementing customer appreciation initiatives, including new member welcomes and milestone celebrations
