We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative who genuinely likes helping people and we’ll give you the training and support to do it well. 

No pest control experience needed, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

You'll be the friendly voice answering phones, emails, and texts from existing Moxie customers. You'll:

• Schedule appointments
• Answer questions
• Process payments
• Resolve customer issues
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help customers improve and customize their service plans
• Recommend service add-ons and plan customizations that genuinely benefit the customer (this earns commission/bonus)

Schedule

Monday–Friday (Daytime)
Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)
