Customer Support Representative

Position Overview

Clarke Power Services, an industry leader and OE provider for over 60 years in the heavy-duty vehicle repair business, has a position available for Experienced Service Writer / Customer Support Representative in the Cincinnati area. Key Responsibilities

• Must possess experience/knowledge of the diesel/automotive/transportation industry.
• Position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to develop strong customer relationships
• Requires the ability to effectively communicate with customers, drivers, fleet managers, and technicians.
• Must be detail orientated with estimate and invoice preparation.
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a group setting; must possess strong leadership skills; and be customer service focused.
• Must be organized, dependable, professional, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications, Licenses, Registration

• 3+ years of industry experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• CDL is preferred  (+$1.00/hr hourly rate offered) 
• OE Training/ASE Certs a plus

Physical and Safety Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.
• The associate must be able to read and write reports.
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions
