About The Position We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for an opportunity in Plantation, FL. (remote work available) The Support Services Specialist position is responsible for assisting and supporting our West Coast clients from 11:00am-8:00pm, Monday-Friday (Eastern Time Zone). Day to day workload involves assisting vendors and clients in various activities using our system by communicating through email, telephone, and screen-sharing.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable and enjoy assisting in trouble shooting software issues reported by users and handling support issues such as missing documentation and incomplete company setups as well as training the users on proper use of the system. The candidate should be comfortable communicating on the phone and via email. As a Support Services Specialist, you will report to the Support Manager and be trained by some of the most talented people in the industry.
Role Responsibilities
Hours: 11pm-8pm assisting our West Coast and Spanish customers via phone and email Answer general sales and membership questions Ask questions to determine nature of problem Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using software and provide guidance to resolve the problem Contribute to team effort of accomplishing related results as needed Vet insurance documents and upload into our compliance system Requirements
Role Qualifications Preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) Customer service experience (3+ years preferred) High school diploma, or equivalent High attention to detail and ability to problem solve Excellent verbal and written communication Should be able to work with a team and independently Resilient and able to adapt to changing environments MS Office savvy (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Zendesk is a plus Knowledge of the property management or commercial insurance industry is a plus
