Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Representatives to join their team. In this remote reole, you will be responsible for answering our phone lines, triaging calls, and providing initial assistance to their clients.

Job Title:

Customer Services Representative

Location: Remote (NY preferred)

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Duration: 8-10 week assignment with a potential extension

Schedule: 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)

What’s the Job?

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

Triage calls to identify caller needs and direct them to appropriate resources.

Provide initial assistance to clients and answer basic questions.

Document call details and interactions for future reference.

What’s Needed?

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and a willingness to help others.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.

Time management and organizational skills.
