Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Globe Business is hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative based in Pittsburgh. Pay: $20–26/hour. Part-time or full-time. No experience required. Training provided. We only consider applicants currently located in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with platform usage
• Enter updates into CRM tools
• Check records for accuracy
• Monitor daily task flow
• Maintain organized documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams
