Customer Support Specialist

Aspire Software is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

What your day will look like:

• Monitoring & managing support requests.
• Running online training sessions with customers.
• Level one support, working closely with the customers on their issues.
• Project Support – Managing product roll outs.
• Voice of the Customer – Being involved in strategic planning and development.
• Helping with road map and identifying customers key issues.
• Project Team – working with the development team on releases of our developed software.
• Helping to improve processes through automation.
• Working with third party provider, BPay, Westpac ·
• Working with our payments team.
  

• Strong PC skills, understanding of basic infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and customer management.
• Strong time management skills
• Basic Web design skills (Javascript, HTML, CSS) ·
• Basic Database knowledge, familiarity with MSSQL, TSQL, SSIS and PowerBI
• 3+ year experience in supporting systems and applications
• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor degree in IT
