What you’ll do:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order placement through delivery. You will be the trusted point of contact for customer inquiries, order management, and internal coordination, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support.


• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues to deliver an exceptional experience.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Order Management & Administration

• Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system.


• Manage order updates, confirmations, and communications with customers and stakeholders.


• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Sales & Finance Support

• Provide administrative support to Sales, including reporting and customer activities.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service, customer support, sales support, or order management role.


• Experience working with ERP systems, Salesforce, or similar business systems.


• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.


• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing business needs.
