Job Description - Customer Support Specialist
Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Customer Support Specialist. TheCustomerSupport Specialistworks closely with multiple departments to handle centralized processes including Call Scoring, Inbound Resident Call Volume, Property Support, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Data Entry. The Customer SupportSpecialist must be highlyorganized, detail oriented, andbe able tomulti-task.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound resident call volume to include maintenance requests, over the phone payments andback up to allothercall centercall volume.
Dataentry, to include back up to all call center services
Call Scoring, toincludeleasing, customerservice, and collectionscalls
Assist in training new personnel if applicable
Qualifications:
Call Center or Property Management experience preferred
Computer Skills: MS Office, Yardi
Must be positive and motivated with excellent customer service skills
