Customer Support Specialist - German Market

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from customers in German via phone, email, and chat
  
• Provide accurate information and assistance related to automotive products and services
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support
  

• Minimum C1 level of German (spoken and written)
  
• Strong command of English (B2 minimum)
  
• Previous experience in customer support or a service -oriented environment is a plus
  
• Flexibility to work in night shifts
  
• Strong communication, problem -solving, and interpersonal skills
