As part of an exclusive project expansion, Silver Bell Group is looking for a detail -oriented professional to support a globally recognized luxury brand, delivering premium written customer experience entirely in Greek across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high -quality live chat support in Greek, ensuring linguistic accuracy, clarity, and a refined tone
  
• Manage written customer communication via chat and email, in line with luxury service standards
  
• Handle translation and written requests based on client and project requirements
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently through written channels
  

• Fluent in Greek language with excellent written skills and strong command of grammar and tone
  
• Ability to handle translation tasks based on client requests and guidelines
  
• Good knowledge of English as a backup language
  
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and customer -focused mindset
