Job Description - Customer Support Specialist III - Hiring Now

We are looking to hire an analytical Customer Support Specialist III to join our energetic team at Kelly Services in Phoenix, AZ.

We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist III to work at a premier company in the semiconductor industry in Phoenix, AZ. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23-$28/hour, based on experience.
Shift: 12-hour compressed workweek: Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday, 7 PM to 7:30 AM (flexibility on working days or nights).

Overtime is required on an as-needed basis.

What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Specialist III? You’ll be:
• Providing courteous and professional customer service in response to incoming phone calls for TSMC data support, spare parts quotes, order placement, tracking of orders/shipments, address billing inquiries, etc.
• Advising customers on deliveries and investigating shipping issues.
• Maintaining professional courtesy and demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Utilizing an ERP data entry or order processing system and other software programs to accomplish job tasks.

Qualifications:
• Are fluent in both English and Japanese, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages.
• Have an Associate Degree or higher in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and supply chain management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Have working knowledge of MS Office applications.
