Customer Support Specialist - Norwegian language

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in Norwegian through calls and email
  
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product -related questions
  
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
  
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
  

Requirements:

• Fluent Norwegian (written and spoken)
  
• Intermediate English level (B2)
  
• Strong communication skills with a customer -focused mindset
  
• Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced and team -oriented environment
