Customer Support Specialist with Turkish in Portugal

Join our international team in sunny Lisbon! As a Support Specialist, youll assist customers with online orders from deliveries and returns to payments and refunds while handling sensitive information in line with PCI & GDPR standards.

What were looking for:

• Native-level Turkish & fluent English (C1)
• Strong communication, empathy & professionalism
• Comfortable with sensitive data & dynamic environments
• SAP/Back-office experience is a plus (training provided)
