Description

Powder River Industries, LLC provides technical services across the entire system development life cycle (SDLC). As a prime, we are responsible for complete end to end system management for a customer's mission system. This includes a data center, integrated logistics support, COOP, and disaster recovery. As a subcontractor we are providing services from: DevSecOps, software development, network administration, systems analysis, database administration, storage engineering, hardware engineering, Tier 1 - Tier 3 support in traditional data center environments (bare metal frames), cloud, and hybrid cloud. The cloud environments we are operating in today are AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle.

Role & Responsibilities:

This person will be a primary point of contact and responsible for providing customer operational desk-side break fix support tasks and activities in addition to providing support for a PC Hardware Refresh of every device at sites deploying new technologies.
Each candidate should be familiar in conducting non-disruptive desk-side support to deploy technologies.
Use knowledge of MS Office Suite, ServiceNowl, and tools specifically used to support the deployment of these devices is desired. For example, familiarity with ServiceNow will aid in deploying the hardware devices, ticket processing, and updating the CMDB to capture the change.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable with communicating with end users and providing status to leadership and customer representatives and able to take and execute direction on a tight schedule.
Some travel may be required depending on the site supported.

Requirements

Technical Environment: Microsoft, Linux, Splunk, Ansible, Tenable, GEMS

Non-negotiable Requirements:

1. Top Secret with investigation current within the last 5 years

2. On-site, no remote
