Travel Specialist – Booking and Customer Support

Key Responsibilities:

Travel Planning & Coordination:

  • Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities to create well-rounded travel experiences.

Customer Support:

  • Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Destination Expertise:

  • Offer tailored advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options.

Problem Resolution:

  • Proactively handle travel issues such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
 

What You’ll Bring:

Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems.

Organization:

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
