We are currently seeking a Customer Xperience Representative to join our in-office team in West Valley City. This is a full-time role offering 40 hours per week with full benefits and competitive compensation.

Position Overview:

The Customer Xperience Representative will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, scheduling repair appointments, and providing solutions tailored to our customers' needs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and possess strong telecommunication skills. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with customers and scheduling service appointments


• Providing a positive and solutions-oriented experience


• Coordinating and dispatching technicians to service calls


• Collaborating effectively with team members


• Proficiency in typing and utilizing multiple computer programs

Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with prior experience, a positive attitude, and strong organizational and professional communication skills. Fitting into our team-first culture and maintaining punctuality is essential for success in this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $21 - $24 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus after a full quarter


• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
