TITLE: Customization Specialist
GRADE: 9
LOCATION: Belgrade, SRB
The working hours for this role are 14h - 22h
A Customization Specialist will be responsible for resolving solution needs utilizing a strong skillset and experience as well as a keen desire to learn new technical

skills.

Your expertise will ensure our core systems are reliable, accurate, and tailored to day-to-day user needs while delivering key insights to

leadership.

High focus on producing accurate and high-quality metrics, calculations, datasets, and capable of understanding key concepts in development, QA and production environments.
Responsibilities
Providing system administration support, especially related to workflows.
Creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
Creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
Analyzing data to provide insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of each team.
Working closely with other teams to capture and identify business requirements for software implementation.
Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.
Assisting in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintaining a high level of data integrity.
Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.
Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s Degree with a solid analytical and technical background.
Detail Oriented
Highly developed communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal savvy.
Advanced Plus Excel with specific expertise in graphs, macro building, formulas, vlookups (xlookups), and pivots. Able to compare large amounts of data; able to analyze and manage complex concepts and datasets.
Required: Proven ability to administer and configure Power BI, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
Experience working lab and production database environments
Experience in Microsoft Azure data lake environment
Experience with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis.
Experience working directly with financial and data teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in specific CRM platforms – Salesforce.com and Service Now.
Knowledge of SQL (recommended)
Visual Basic (recommended)
Project management software (popular market options)
