Position Snapshot:

• Location: Fort Walton Beach, Florida

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Salary: $38.00$50.00/hour (based on experience)

• Type: Permanent, W2

• Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)

What Youll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based cardiovascular ICU nursing

• Monitor cardiac patients post-operatively and during recovery

• Administer high-risk medications and critical interventions

• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams

• Provide real-time decision-making in a high-acuity environment

What Youll Bring:

• Active RN license in Florida (or compact eligibility)

• 12 years of CVICU or critical care experience strongly preferred

• ACLS, BLS required; CCRN a plus

• Proven ability to thrive under pressure and in team-based environments
