CVOR RN $49+/Hr + $20K Bonus

Join a Level 2 trauma center in Winchester, VA as a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) RN, where you'll deliver direct patient care for cardiac surgeries in a collaborative, high-acuity environment. This full-time, on-site role offers a mid-grade pay of $49.24/hr, with shift differentials, up to $20K sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance up to $7,500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with cardiac surgeries and float to non-cardiac OR cases as needed

• Enforce aseptic techniques, ensure safe equipment use, manage specimens

• Scrub duties include maintaining sterile field and passing instruments

• Pre- and post-op care, documentation in EMR, and supply counts

Qualifications:

• BSN required, MSN preferred

• RN License (Virginia or compact state)

• AHA BLS required; specialty certs preferred

• Minimum 5,616 hours RN experience; RN III preferred

• 3.56.5/hr shift differentials

• $15K$20K sign-on bonus based on RN level
