Job Description - CWR-Customer Service Rep I

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of a great team, supporting customer needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong organization skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tucker, GA

Pay Range: $17.50-18.50/ hr

What’s the Job?

Provide assistance to customers and business partners via telephone and email

Determine customer needs, and resolve or escalate accordingly

Process changes and updates on customer orders

Temp-Hire Position

What’s Needed?

At least 1 year of customer service experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience with Microsoft Office Programs

Strong Multitasking, and Organization Skills

Problem Solving Abilities
