Cyber Physical IoT Penetration Tester

We are looking to add a team member to our medical device, IoT, and cyber-physical embedded testing team. Our projects are a combination of assessing the security of an application running on a physical device with an operating system and associated cloud/network connectivity. The team member must be physically located in the Chicago area or a suburb. This is a hybrid role that would be in-office as needed to perform physical testing scope and work remotely on the software-related scope. Candidates should possess:
Minimum 3 years of professional (employed) penetration testing experience
Minimum 2 years of consulting experience
A strong desire and future focus on a career in testing critical infrastructure applications, embedded devices, and consumer IoT devices
Strong understanding of operating system security
Understanding of physical interfaces (USB/etc.)
Understanding of networking concepts, configuration, and testing tools
All candidates will be subjected to a technical interview and sample assessment where technical knowledge will be validated by team members.
