Vendor & Portfolio Management

  • Manage strategic relationships with key cybersecurity partners, including Cisco, CloudFlare, Fortinet, and Rapid 7
  • Lead certification alignment and enablement strategy across the practice
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and competitive solutions
  • Collaborate with vendors on solution positioning, roadmap alignment, and go-to-market initiatives

Solution Quality & Delivery Alignment

  • Ensure solutions are well-architected, deliverable, and aligned with customer expectations
  • Partner with delivery and support teams to enable smooth transitions from presales to implementation
  • Provide technical guidance on complex engagements as needed

Team & Leadership

  • Direct oversight of Cybersecurity Engineering team
  • Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and support to broader sales and delivery teams

Requirements

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture within a VAR, systems integrator, or consulting environment
  • Proven experience leading presales solutioning and supporting customer-facing engagements
  • Strong knowledge of at least one major cybersecurity ecosystem (Cisco strongly preferred)
  • Experience designing solutions across multiple domains (network, endpoint, identity, cloud security)
  • Demonstrated ability to balance technical design with business and customer considerations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • Experience with Cisco Security portfolio (SSE, Duo, SASE, ISE)
  • Exposure to Rapid7, Arctic Wolf, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cloudflare
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, and CIS Controls
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP/CCIE Security)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
