ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're based in Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn or Warsaw, you'll work with teams in the insurance sector supporting operational security and vulnerability support functions. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Process and validate vulnerability findings from tools like Nessus and Microsoft Defender
• Create and update tickets with correct priority, details, and remediation owners in Jira
• Support system and application owners with clear explanations and references
• Monitor remediation progress, follow up on overdue items, and escalate when needed
• Ensure risk acceptance and audit evidence are captured and organized
• Prepare regular status updates and simple support reports

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience in IT support, cybersecurity support, or IT operations support
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and structured workflows
• Good understanding of vulnerabilities and how they are tracked in enterprise environments
• Strong communication skills (English) and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated industries such as banking or insurance

• Familiarity with risk acceptance and audit documentation workflows

• Exposure to security reporting or recurring vulnerability trends

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 2500 - 3500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
