Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on shift and experience
Shift: 1st (Monday - Friday) 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Impact Workforce Solutions is hiring for Legrand in Canonsburg, PA. Main Job Duties: 

• Conducts regular cycle counts of inventory items according to established schedules/direction from leadership.
• Utilizes handheld scanners or other inventory management tools to accurately record inventory levels.
• Investigates and resolves discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Assists in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to management.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to facilitate efficient counting processes.
• Collaborate with other team members within inventory control/warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management practices.
• Adheres to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Provides support during physical inventory audits and other inventory-related activities as needed.
• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency in counting processes.
• Performs other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably a warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using handheld scanners preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours; overtime occasionally required.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Must be a self-starter.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. often.
• Stockroom setting with material handling equipment in use and limited exposure to environmental conditions.
• Regularly standing, walking, climbing ladders for prolonged periods of time.
• Work with personal safety equipment such as safety harness, foot protection, safety glasses, and hearing protection when necessary.
