Eaton\u2019s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter 1st Shift at 7800 Trade Center Avenue in El Paso, TX.\n\nThe hourly rate for this position is $17.68 per hour. The hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 am through 2:30 pm. \nThis position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nThe Cycle Counter ensures the company\u0027s inventory aligns with customer demand, essential for business operations. The Cycle Counter analyzes data to enhance supply chain management functions and contribute to the ongoing improvement efforts in this area.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \n\u2022 Perform cycle counts on materials according to the \u201cABC\u201d classification system, identify any issues in the process, and devise strategies to address conflicts and inefficiencies. \n\u2022 Investigate discrepancies in inventory and provide precise reports on inventory locations. \n\u2022 Help in identifying the primary reasons for inventory discrepancies and take necessary corrective measures to prevent recurring mistakes. \n\u2022 Operate the order picker and other warehouse machinery with caution and safety. \n\u2022 Examine materials that have not been moved in the system to identify any potentially obsolete parts.\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications: \n\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution \n\u2022 Minimum of 1 years prior Manufacturing or Warehouse experience \n\n\u2022 No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered.
