Cycling/Spin Instructor

Description

Our health & fitness center is seeking a highly motivated Cycle Instructor to join our team. As a Cycle Instructor, you will be responsible for leading indoor cycling classes that provide our members with an engaging and challenging workout experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead high-energy indoor cycling classes that are safe, effective, and fun for participants of all fitness levels
• Create and implement class routines that incorporate a variety of cycling techniques, including hill climbs, sprints, and intervals
• Provide clear and concise instructions to participants, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injury
• Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a positive and supportive class environment
• Meets daily class attendance goals  
• Maintain a clean and organized cycling studio, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and stored
• Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs, concerns, and questions and develops positive relationships with participants by leading inspiring, challenging and entertaining indoor cycling classes and engaging in conversation before and after classes

Requirements

•  Certified Cycle Instructor with a nationally recognized certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire participants of all fitness levels
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Must have current CPR certification 
• Must be reliable and communicative
• Part Time Position
