Location: On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day) with 2 days off

Your Role:

• Provide friendly, professional support through phone, chat, and email

• Assist customers with product information, account questions, order tracking, and troubleshooting

• Log all customer interactions accurately in internal systems

• Work with your team to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience

• Escalate complex issues and follow them to resolution

• Stay updated on new products, services, and internal processes

What You Bring:

• Native-level Czech (C2) spoken and written

• English at B2 level or higher for internal training and communication

• Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to relocate and grow within an international environment

• Organized, proactive, and a team player
