Location: On-site role based in Sofia, Bulgaria
Working Hours: Rotational shifts (5 working days, 8 hours per shift), with 2 days off weekly

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner

• Offer assistance with account details, order status, product information, and troubleshooting

• Keep records of customer interactions accurately using internal tools

• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience

• Escalate more complex issues as needed and track them through to resolution

• Stay current with company services, campaigns, and updates

What Youll Need:

• Native or near-native Czech (C2 level)

• Strong English skills (B2+) for internal communication and training

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a structured, multicultural setting

• A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
