Location: On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotational shifts (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts) with 2 days off

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, account details, and troubleshooting

• Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems

• Collaborate with team members to ensure top-tier customer experiences

• Handle and escalate complex issues as needed, ensuring prompt resolution

• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and customer support protocols

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent Czech (C2) both spoken and written

• English (B2+) for internal communication and training

• Previous experience in customer support, retail, or similar roles is beneficial

• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
