Were growing our team in Sofia and looking for a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Czech to join a leading international company.

Location: On-site in Sofia
Schedule: Rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8-hour shifts) with 2 days off

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

• Support customers with product details, orders, account info, and troubleshooting

• Log interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent, high-quality service

• Escalate complex cases as needed and ensure timely resolution

• Stay updated on products, procedures, and customer experience standards

What You Bring:

• Fluent Czech (C2 level) verbal and written

• English (B2+) for internal communication and training

• Customer service, retail, or e-commerce experience is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

• Comfortable in a diverse, fast-paced environment
