Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a detail-oriented Czech Speaking Backoffice Gaming Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our gaming operations, ensuring that customer inquiries and backend processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for assisting customers and internal teams through various channels while maintaining a focus on efficiency and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide backoffice support for gaming operations, including customer inquiries and administrative tasks.
• Assist Czech-speaking customers by addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding gaming products.
• Collaborate with the operational teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and internal processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline backoffice operations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and gaming product updates to effectively support clients and teams.

• Fluency in Czech (oral and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer support or administrative roles, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software.
• A passion for gaming and understanding of the gaming industry is a plus.
