As a representative, you will engage with customers in Czech, assisting them with their inquiries related to automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries about automotive products, services, and specifications via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle options, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Assist customers with scheduling maintenance appointments and service-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and company offerings to offer relevant advice to customers.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer applications.
