Czech Speaking Customer Service for Aviation industry

This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for travel and exceptional customer service skills. As part of our team, you will assist customers with their aviation inquiries, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information while providing support in Czech.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general aviation queries via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
• Assist customers in navigating the booking process and managing their reservations.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide real-time information and support to customers.
• Stay informed about industry updates and company policies to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a calm and efficient manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools is desirable.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
