This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to public service and possess a strong desire to help others. As a customer service representative, you will assist citizens with their inquiries, providing them with vital information and support in Czech.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to government services, programs, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers concerning public services and regulations.
• Assist with application processes, documentation requirements, and service navigations.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate service delivery and improve public interactions.
• Stay informed about changes in government regulations and public service offerings to provide relevant assistance.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the government or public sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
