Job Description - Czech Speaking Customer Service for Information Technology (IT) industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and customer support. In this role, you will assist clients with their inquiries and technical issues, providing top-notch service in Czech.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to IT services, software solutions, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting issues, software installation, and product functionality.
  • Provide clear and detailed information on product features, updates, and service offerings.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with technical teams to provide detailed feedback and enhance service quality.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and company products to deliver informed support.
  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
