As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their insurance inquiries while ensuring clear communication in Czech.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide information on policy details, coverage options, and premium rates.
• Assist customers with the claims process and ensure timely resolutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
