As a customer service representative, you will assist clients by addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience in Czech.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and supply chain services through phone, email, and live chat in Czech.
• Provide accurate information regarding shipping options, delivery timelines, and service policies.
• Assist customers with order management, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and respond effectively to customer needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide relevant guidance to customers.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or supply chain field.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in managing multiple inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and CRM software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
