Czech Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing industry

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in manufacturing processes. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries while ensuring a positive experience communicated effectively in Czech.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and manufacturing services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing.
• Assist customers with order processing, modifications, and inquiries about delivery timelines.
• Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about manufacturing trends and product updates to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and proactive approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
