This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions while providing exceptional service in Czech. As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist clients in finding the right properties and addressing their inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to property listings, viewings, and real estate services via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding available properties and market trends.
• Assist customers with scheduling property viewings and negotiating terms.
• Resolve any issues or complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Stay informed about the local real estate market and company offerings to enhance client interactions.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
