As a representative, you will interact with clients in Czech, assisting them with their inquiries, orders, and overall shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to products, orders, and returns through phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Provide detailed information on merchandise, promotions, and store policies.
• Assist customers with order processing and resolving any issues related to their purchases.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and ensure follow-up as needed.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and updates to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an asset.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
