Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a unique opportunity for Czech Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Transportation industry, specifically focusing on rail, shipping, and logistics. If you are passionate about customer service and have an interest in transportation solutions, this role is perfect for you. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them effectively while communicating in Czech.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to transportation services, bookings, and schedules via phone, email, and live chat in Czech.
• Provide detailed information regarding shipping options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations of services.
• Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely customer updates.
• Stay informed about transportation industry trends and service updates to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
