Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients, understanding their needs and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze client challenges and develop tailored service solutions to improve their experience and satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they are equipped to use our solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless implementation of service solutions.
• Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any concerns.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and insights to clients.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, solutions consulting, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients.
• Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn about new technologies and tools.
