Czech Speaking Customer Support for Food Delivery Service Department

In this vital Entry Level role, you will assist our Czech-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a seamless experience when using our food delivery services. Your language skills will be key to building a strong connection with our clients and enhancing their satisfaction.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing information to ensure our clients receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Czech via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with order placements, tracking, and delivery inquiries
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer-related issues
• Provide detailed information about menu options, promotions, and delivery areas
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our offerings

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude towards ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems
