Czech Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst

Mercier Consultancy MD is on the lookout for a meticulous Czech Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our dedicated team. This role is critical for ensuring that our online platforms remain safe and trustworthy for users. As a Digital Trust and Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to potential safety and security issues related to our digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor user-generated content and interactions on our platforms to identify potential risks and violations of community guidelines.
• Conduct thorough investigations into reported incidents, analyzing data to determine the appropriate actions necessary.
• Collaborate with technical and security teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance digital safety.
• Develop reports and insights based on findings to inform stakeholders and improve overall platform safety.
• Stay updated on emerging threats and digital safety trends to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to educate them about best practices in digital safety and security.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in digital safety, online moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey safety procedures effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with digital content management and online safety tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
