Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring content, addressing user safety concerns, and enforcing community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor user interactions and content to identify and address violations of safety protocols and community standards.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reported incidents, analyzing evidence and making recommendations for appropriate action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance safety policies that foster trust and security within the user community.
• Create and present comprehensive reports on safety incidents and trends to inform management decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest issues and developments in digital safety to improve existing safety measures.
• Engage with users to promote awareness of safety practices and provide guidance on navigating potential risks.

• Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or related domains is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills to engage users and resolve safety issues.
