Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their unique business challenges and gather detailed requirements.
• Design and propose customized solutions that effectively meet client needs and demonstrate the value of our services.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and high client satisfaction.
• Facilitate training and ongoing support for clients, enabling them to maximize their use of our solutions.
• Remain informed about industry trends and technology advancements to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
• Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in consulting, customer service, or a similar technology role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively understand client needs and develop suitable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• An understanding of technology solutions is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn new systems and methodologies.
