Hiring: D Licensed Security Post Captain

Location: Aventura, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a motivated and experienced Post Captain to oversee security operations at a premier property in Aventura. If you have strong leadership skills, security experience, and a commitment to exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.

Position Summary

The Post Captain is responsible for supervising on-site security personnel, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining operational standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for the client and security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead security officers on assigned shifts


• Maintain professional relationships with clients, residents, guests, and visitors


• Ensure completion of daily reports, logs, and incident documentation


• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs


• Train, mentor, and support security personnel


• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards


• Address operational issues and communicate updates to staff


• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D Security License


• Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience preferred


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Computer proficiency and report-writing ability


• Reliable transportation and flexible availability


• Must pass background screening and drug testing
